In compliance with the Pension Protection Act of 2006, all new employees of Laslo Custom Kitchens, Inc. will be automatically enrolled in the Laslo Custom Kitchens, Inc. 401(k) plan after satisfactorily completing the introductory period. Each employee will be automatically enrolled in the Vanguard Target Retirement Fund, or similar, until you or your certified financial planner determines an appropriate asset allocation. I understand that 3% of my gross paycheck will be deducted on a pre-tax basis and invested in the Vanguard Target Retirement Fund, or similar, until a certified financial planner or I alter the allocation.
