Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker who is detail-oriented, professional, and committed to high-quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of cabinetry construction and shop tools.
Responsibilities
• Build custom cabinetry according to shop drawings and design specifications
• Operate a variety of shop tools safely and efficiently (table saws, routers, sanders, etc.)
• Assemble, fit, and finish cabinetry components with precision
• Identify and resolve construction challenges in a thoughtful, solution-oriented manner
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet project timelines
• Assist with lifting, moving, and installing cabinetry as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Participate in cross-training across other areas of the manufacturing process
• Follow company safety protocols and demonstrate professional conduct at all times
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in a custom cabinetry or woodworking shop
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, plans, and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Competency with a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively on the job
• Reliable, punctual, and respectful with strong communication skills
• Ability to lift and move cabinetry components as required

As part of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing cabinetry efficiently, accurately, and professionally while supporting overall project success. This position offers opportunities for growth as our company expands, including potential advancement into senior or lead installer roles.
Responsibilities
• Install cabinetry with exceptional quality, precision, and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners and project stakeholders
• Report project progress and any issues directly to the Project Manager
• Work closely with the Lead Installer and Project Manager to ensure project expectations are met
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with homeowners and job site stakeholders
• Identify and report any installation issues, discrepancies, or site conditions
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area
• Follow safety standards and company installation procedures at all times
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
• Proven experience installing kitchen or custom cabinetry
• Strong understanding of cabinetry, hardware, and installation techniques
• Attention to detail and high standards for craftsmanship
• Professional, respectful, and friendly demeanor in customer homes
