Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker who is detail-oriented, professional, and committed to high-quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of custom cabinetry construction and professional shop tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Custom Fabrication: Build high-end cabinetry according to detailed shop drawings and design specifications.
- Precision Assembly: Assemble, fit, and finish components with the meticulous care that defines the Laslo brand.
- Tool Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a wide variety of shop machinery, including table saws, routers, and sanders.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve construction challenges in a thoughtful, solution-oriented manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our production and installation teams to meet project timelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in a custom cabinetry or woodworking shop.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex shop drawings, plans, and measurements.
- Competency with a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery.
- A reliable, punctual, and respectful professional with strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move cabinetry components as required.
